CBN (the Christian Broadcasting Network from Virginia) have compiled this report on an Islamic show of strength in Paris:
Apparently this has been going on for some years every Friday between 3 and 5pm. There are some more videos at the French blog Bivouac ID. The places where the videos are taken seem to be mainly up in the 18th Arrondissement not far from Montmartre.
In France, this islamisation is opposed strongly by the proponents of laicité, those who work against any influence of religion in the public square and have been vocal in opposition to the influence of Islam. This is an interesting contrast with England where the secularists seem to focus their energies much more on attacking the Catholic Church.
Last year, I wrote about how the SSPX were prevented from ending their Pilgrimage from Chartres as they had often done before, in front of the Basilica of Sacré Coeur. Rorate Caeli carried the letter of Fr L Duverger in response. The authorities seem disinclined to to anything about the Muslims occupying streets not far away.

I would hazard a guess that the authorities are scared.

My first thought: "The French can only ever be Catholic or Atheist".
My second thought: "The French refuse to act against the blatant, persistent Islamic aggression in the streets of their own capital. For all her legends of heroism, it seems the Americans are right to call them cowards".
My third thought: "The French would rather allow Mahometan thugs to molest their own citizens than risk being the target of a terrorist attack, or being drawn into a war... cowards!"
I have last month posted about this sort of thing going on in Ireland too, as a result of seeing a report by Ruth Dudley Edwards talking about stuff going on in Ireland as far back as December 2006
This isn't religion - this is politics
Interesting that they would choose 3pm on Friday -- the hour of Our Lord's death -- to begin their show of force. And in a city that is consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, no less. What a spectacle for Our Lord to gaze down upon from atop Montemarte.

But Poland is about 93% Catholic.
Anybody who takes the word of a CBN article for what Muslims are doing in Paris is being foolish.
If the cops are letting them, they're probably allowed.
And no doubt the Parisian Catholic hierarchy glee with happiness when the fruits of "religious liberty" in force, in their own city.
Is it any wonder why French Catholics are so fed up and eventually go with the SSPX?
The point is that this is not authorised by the police or the civil authorities. It is just presented as a fait accomplit.
I'm aware that CBN should not be taken as the only source. You will also find complaints about this on secular sources in France.
A Parisian friend confirms that this happens on Fridays.
